Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate Survival Pro: get out alive.

You may find, beside the knife and the sheath, a whistle, an emergency pocket guide, a sharpener, a firesteel. L'USP è, nel suo insieme, un vero "kit per il survival". Oltre al coltello e al suo fodero, vengono forniti anche un fischietto, una guida tascabile per il survival, un affilatore, una barretta di ferrocerio. Carrying the USP. The firesteel and the dedicated part on the back of the blade: they works really well, a lot of sparks. La barretta di ferrocerio usata sfregandola sull'apposita sede posta sul dorso lama: i sisultati sono ottimi, si ottengono infatti facilmente molte scintille. Let's give a try to the emergency whistle: a good, loud sound, not bad at all. Proviamo anche il fischietto di emergenza: non male, il suono è forte e profondo. Conclusions: the Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate Survival Pro is a serious survival tool (despite his "toy" look). Seems that Gerber done his homeworks, in fact not only the knife is a good, robust cutting tool, but all the "package" (knife+sheath+sharpener+whistle+firesteel) it's really efficient when you try it out on the field. I can't find a real downside on this product, if you are looking for a "survival knife", go for it. Conclusioni: il Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate Survival Pro è un vero coltello survival (nonostante la sua apparenza leggermente "giocattolesca"). Gerber ha fatto un buon lavoro, non solo onfatti ha costruito un buon coltello, ma tutto l'insieme (coltello+fodero+affilatore+fischietto+barretta di ferrocerio) funziona bene quando messo alla prova sul campo. Non trovo nessun lato seriamente negativo in questo coltello, se state cercando un serio "strumento da sopravvivenza" acquistatelo senza preoccupazioni. Cheers, ciao Alfredo
